FyLinx is a Windows desktop application built for event photographers. It watches a local source folder, resizes and optionally watermarks photos, then uploads the processed output to the cloud storage account that the user connects.
A focused delivery workflow
FyLinx keeps photo processing on the user's Windows device and uses connected cloud storage only for the delivery destination selected by the user.

Google Drive integration
FyLinx uses Google OAuth and the limited
drive.file
permission for files and folders used with FyLinx.

Controlled local cleanup
Original local photos are moved to Backup or removed only after the corresponding cloud upload completes successfully.
How Google Drive is used
FyLinx does not request permission to browse or manage the user's entire Google Drive. Its Google Drive integration is limited to files and folders created by or made available for use with FyLinx.
Connect
The user explicitly connects a Google Account through Google's
OAuth authorization flow.
Process
Selected photos are resized and optionally watermarked locally on
the Windows device.
Upload
Processed photos are transferred to the destination used with
FyLinx in the connected Google Drive account.
Control
The user can disconnect FyLinx or revoke Google access from their
Google Account at any time.
Privacy by scope
FyLinx requests Google's
drive.file
scope rather than full Google Drive access.
Google classifies this as a per-file, non-sensitive Drive permission.
